Terms and conditions
Payments and Deposits
. Our payment terms for all bookings are:
25% deposit payable when booking. With the balance due 14 days prior to travel.
. Card payments may be subject to a surcharge. Depending on the car used.
Cancellation and refund Policy
. If a booking is cancelled with more than 2 days notice of the travel date.
The amount payable is the deposit which will not be refundable due to our costs incurred and loss of alternative work.
If a booking is cancelled between 48 hours and 24 hours of travel. 50% of all monies paid will be non refundable.
If less than 24 hours notice is given. 100% of monies paid will be non refundable.
If a customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pick up point. Due to not travelling or not informing us in writing with at least 24 hours notice.
Full payment will still be payable.
Travel
. Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual. You will understand we cannot accept responsibility. For delays caused by circumstances out of our control. This would also apply to missing a connection due to late arrival. Again for reasons beyond our control.
. The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds. In accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.
If an accident, road closure or vehicle breakdown causes a missed departure. We are only liable to provide a full refund for the journey for a breakdown situation.
Obviously we have breakdown cover but repair may not be possible.
A replacement vehicle would be sourced if possible. But, this can not be guaranteed.
. We reserve the right to provide sub contracted vehicles occasionally. Where this becomes necessary we will advise you at the earliest possible date.
. If a client changes the journey details at short notice. I.e. on the day of travel. Any additional costs incurred and the extra mileage will be payable on the day by the lead passenger.
. We reserve the right to change your booked vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary to complete your booking.
. Our Chauffeur will travel by the most appropriate route on the day. Unless instructed otherwise by the customer at the time of booking.
. DBCS vehicles and sub contracted vehicles are fully insured for hire and reward. However, customer property is carried entirely at the bookers sole risk. DBCS shall not be held resonsible for any loss or damage to such property.
. DBCS and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry. Any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of drugs. Or drunken. Whose behaviour poses a threat or risk to the chauffeur, the vehicle or other passengers.
. We will not tolerate any any aggressive or violent behaviour or threats.
. DBCS operate a strict non smoking policy in or near its vehicles.
Food and beverages other than water are not permitted without driver consent.
. Costs for parking, tolls and additional waiting time are payable by the lead passenger/booker.
. Any damage caused by passengers to the vehicle beyond reasonable wear and tear. Shall be the sole responsibility of the lead passenger/booker. This will be payable by said person in full. Not excluding the loss of work whilst the vehicle is restored to operational condition.
This also applies to soiling f the vehicle interior which carries a minimum charge of £100.00 + vat.

. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can effect the clients statutory rights.
